How to make a Croissant

Christmas is just around the corner and you maybe worried of how oentertain your guests. This Simple croissant recipe is exactly what you need.

Ingredient
4 cups of all purpose Flour
1 Tbsp of baking Yeast
1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of lukewarm Water
1 cup of salted Butter

Method

Pour lukewarm water into a small bowl mix in the yeast and sugar, leave to rise for about 10mins.
In a seperate bowl sieve in the flour, then mix in the butter add the water mixture then mix properly. Cover with a lid for 45mins.
On a flat surface roll out the dough and sprinkle with sugar and mixed fruits. Roll over until fully covered like sausage then, slice in bits and place on greased baking tray. Bake at 350degrees for 25 mins. Enjoy.
