How to make homemade Pancakes


Pancakes are as easy has ABC. They are a family's go to breakfast.

Ingredients 

1 Cup all purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Cup milk

2 tablespoon butter melted or oil

1 large egg

1 tablespoon oil

Whisk milk, butter or oil and eggs.

Add sifted dry ingredients to milk mixture.

Whisk until moistened, do not over mixed, leave a few 
bumps.

Heat a non stick frying pan, drop a little butter or oil.

Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of batter into pan, using the back of spoon spread batter into a round shape.
Cook until surface of pancake have some bubbles, and a few have burst 1-2 mins.
Flip over carefully and let it turn brown.

Toppings
Jam
Honey
Sprinkled Sugar
Maple Syrup
Milk
