Simple Breakfast "Toast and Avocado"



Easy to do breakfast are the best options when making your morning meals before going to the office. Toast and Avocado is an easy and healthy way to start your day. Omelette can also be included, that way you have eaten your one egg a day serving.

Make your toast with 2 slices of wheat bread for a more healthier option, and if you are not so concerned with weight loss you can use white bread.

Scoop out the inside of a ripe avocado and slab it on the toast to serve as fat instead of Butter or Mayonnaise, it is a more healthier fat which is good for the human body.

So, you have your serving of fat and still maintain your shape.

For the omelette, in a non stick frying pan just break your egg in the middle of the pan when the pan is moderately hot, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, remove once it is easy to lift. But for the normal frying pan you need 1 tablespoon of oil, olive oil or coconut oil is more healthier but Groundnut Oil will also serve the same purpose.
