How to Make Vegetable Salad


Today is all about healthy living if you guys haven't noticed. Salads are a very quick, easy, healthy and eye catching meals to fix. Is one of the meals that you can't eat too much of. Can anyone have too much vegetable salad? No, I don't think so.

Ingredients
Cabbage
Lettuce
Spinach
Cucumber
Carrot
Green Pepper
Green Peas
Spring Onion
Broccoli
Tomato

Dressings
Avocado  (healthy)
Olive Oil (healthy)
Coconut Oil (healthy)

Mayonnaise
Salad Cream

Mix any of the aforementioned veggies, cut, dice or grate where necessary and dress with any dressing of your choice
 I would advice you use the healthy dressings on your veggies.
