How To Make A Quick Breakfast 'Oatmeal'


I always like to emphasis on the importance of breakfast. Every notable nutritionist will tell you it is the most important meal of the day. Starving yourself to lose weight is not the right route to go.

Eating a meal that will increase your metabolism all through the day is very important. So, today oatmeal porridge is the breakfast of choice.


INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Water
1 Medium Sized Ripe Banana or 1 teaspoon Honey
3 Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

Pour water into pot, boil at medium heat.
Add oats to the water and bring to boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.

Pour into a plate, add the honey (optional) if using strawberries. But if serving with bananas, the bananas wil serve as a sweetener.

Enjoy.
