How To Make Gbegiri Soup

Gbegiri soup is prepared with beans. On its own, it looks like baby food but it comes alive when you add Ewedu Soup and meat from your Beef & Chicken Stew.

INGREDIENTS
150g Black Eyed or Brown Beans
1 tablespoon ground crayfish
1 big stock cube
1 cooking spoon palm oil
1 Tbsp Locust Beans
Pepper and salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS
Peel beans, pour it into a pot, add water and let it cook till tender. Use a small Ewedu broom, and mash the beans properly.
Use a small mesh sieve and Sift the bean porridge the liquid at the bottom is what you need (for those who like it very smooth like me, but if u don't mind the little seeds in it don't sieve it.)
Add salt, seasoning cubes, locust beans and crayfish, leave it to boil and it is ready to serve.
